In alignment with current social distancing guidelines given out by the government and the latest update from the RFU, we have the following restrictions in place, a maximum of 4 groups of 5 participants taking part at any one time. There will be no face to face contact. Minimum equipment sharing. Please bring your own water bottles, no sharing of water is permitted. Please also adhere to good hand hygiene (washing before and after the session). If you have any COVID-19 symptoms please do not attend any sessions for 14 days from the start of symptoms.
We will be offering 5 sessions per week:
Tuesday & Thursday - 19:00 - 19:40
Tuesday & Thursday - 19:50 - 20:30
Saturday - 09:00 - 09:45
To book on to any of the above sessions seniors please get in touch with Adam (firstname.lastname@example.org) Colts Matt (email@example.com). These sessions are being offered on a first come first served basis. Where possible we will try to ensure groups of 5 will be of a similar fitness level. There must be a minimum of 5 attendees for a session to go ahead.
